How can I achieve remission as soon as possible?
To let your gut lining heal, I highly recommend fasting. After your body is done digesting food, it begins a process called autophagy. Autophagy translates to "self-eating." It is an incredibly healing process that is super healthy for your cells. Essentially, old and diseased cells die off and new healthier cells are generated. After fasting a few times, you will quickly understand it's healing properties.
When you stop eating, your flare-up should continue to get better. To heal completely, I recommend breaking the fast with foods with the following criteria:
(1) Low Fiber
(2) Low Sugar
(3) Low Antinutrient Status
(4) Minimal Ingredients and ZERO vegetable oils
