How can I minimize cravings when changing eating habits?

I would recommend a few things. First, I would stop snacking altogether and eat larger meals (2-3x per day). When you eat less frequently, you will be more mentally sharp and it will give your body time to heal. So eat larger, less-frequent meals and practice fasting whenever you can. It sounds hard, but it's really not. Your body will adapt. Second, I would reduce carbohydrate consumptionLet's be honest, carbs are far more likely to lead to perpetually bad eating habits. By that, I mean that the more hyper-palatable the food is, the harder it is to stay moderate.
